See you at Vancaf!
Hello! Next weekend I will be at Vancaf at table N10! I will be selling copies of The Object Head Zine Spooky Edition, Quaint Collection, Catjazz, and a comic about a recent business and teaching trip I took to China. There are also new products I'll be selling such as enamel pins and lanyards. I'll have more original art in stock than fanart since I'm trying to move into working more with original content over fanart.
See you at Vancaf!
I went to ECCC this weekend and wanted to thank anyone who came by! I'll be at Vancoufur this weekend and it'll be my first convention.
ECCC was amazing and I got to meet a lot of people and see old friends and customers which I really appreciated. It's definitely one of my favorite cons and I hope I can go again next year! If you missed me, here's what my new booth layout looks like:
I ended up also getting in this really cool book that I've been helping to work on for awhile! It's the Object Head Zine Spooky Edition! Copies sold WAY faster than I expected. Thank you so much to everyone for the support! https://twitter.com/Rezllen/status/837396634342305792
A few cons listed in my lineup have happened and while I was able to post about them on social media I'm sorry I hadn't been able to here. The last few weeks have been an absolute rush.
I wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone at Kuronekocon and Anime Revolution. The kindness to me shown at both shows was absolutely heart warming and I greatly appreciated it.
My final shows of the year are Rose City Comic Con, Geek Girl Con, Kumoricon, and Jet City Comic Con (with Kaio Interactive). Hope to see you there!
Hello! I just got back from Vancaf in Vancouver Canada and while I wasn't tabling, I did have a wonderful experiences meeting and talking to so many wonderful artists! I wanted to thank everyone for giving me the time to chat with all of you. Vancaf is an amazing convention with so much creativity and inspires me to work harder at my own projects.Through Vancaf I was able to find many new artists to support, made friends, and learned a lot.
Thank you to everyone for the wonderful opportunities!
Hey everyone! I wanted to properly unveil something I’ve been hard at work on and fairly quiet about up till now.
I’m leading a project for my college finals titled “Gachatown!” Please follow the development on our newly launched twitter account! We absolutely will need test players for feedback soon. The twitter will help to track more progress and we will soon also post polished build shots. Gachatown is a mobile game that focuses on collecting toys from gachapon machines. The player will build a town from their collection and watch the town come to life! We currently have four themes for our machines but plan to add as much as we can to the game. The above images are some work in progress shots and also show a few items in the game. We are still polishing and building this project!
Our team is comprised of myself, 5 peers, and a few friends providing outside help with audio and splash art. Everyone has been working hard and we hope that you enjoy our work as we continue to flesh out the project more. It is still very early and when a public build goes live please keep in mind that it will still be small, but we would very much value getting feedback on what people liked, what caused hickups, bugs, and what you’d like to see in future updates. Until then we’ll keep the twitter up to date with our work.
This weekend we will be presenting an Alpha build at iFest in Seattle. If you're in the area, come check it out! iFest is a free to attend event.
Thank you so much to everyone who came to visit me and Pengosolvent during ECCC! It was really amazing to meet so many really wonderful people and it meant a lot to us that so many were able to make the time to come say hello or even buy something to support us!
I guess now that ECCC is done I can get right into something kind of big for me. I want to be able to finally work more on my main comic I've been writing for awhile so I'm going to buckle down and get to it. I'm still figurine out hosting options, but those details will be ironed out soon enough. I'll post various updates on my websites as I work more on it, but I'm very excited to take this step in something that means so much to me. I will also be posting scans this week of the comic that was released at ECCC, Cat Jazz! You will be able to read it online here under a comics section that I will be posting. The comic is a short series of quick humor comics I made while I was very, very tired, so of course they came out very weird. When I reread them and still laughed the morning after making each I decided that they would be funny enough to share with everyone!
Besides comics, I'm going to try focusing more on some original art in addition to new prints and buttons. I'll also be posting updates soon about a game I am working on and where you can download it to participate in a beta test.
Thank you again to everyone who stopped by my table and I hope to see you all at more future conventions! I hope that you all enjoy my upcoming projects and follow along as they're brought to life!
I am very excited to announce that I have finally launched my Patreon! Through it I hope to be able to post art more frequently, provide livestreams, tutorials, work in progress images, and more rewards! Please check it out and share it if you can! Thank you! :D
Hello everyone! I wanted to make an announcement for my upcoming attendance at Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle this April. A map for locations has not been released yet. When it has I will post up here my booth location, plus a sample of new merchandise. I do know that I will be at table D2. I will be selling there again with my friend Pengosolvent. Each of us will have new comics that we've been working super hard on and we hope you all enjoy them! We'll each have lots of new prints, buttons, stickers, and charms. We hope to see you there!
Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well!
Tomorrow I am off to Chibi Chibi Con in Olympia, WA. If you're in the area it would be lovely to meet with you all!
I have lots of new merch ready pictured bellow which I will be selling there and will add to my shop once I come back from the convention! I have a Neko Atsume print that I've just finished and am premiering at this con so I hope you all like it! I've also started making more charms, stickers, and there's plenty of more buttons.
If you are visiting my site after checking out my booth thank you again for stopping by and grabbing a card! The support means a lot and I hope everyone has a lovely convention!
